моб. свз тех. сокр.International Mobile Equipment Identifier (International Mobile Equipment Identity)международный идентификатор мобильного оборудования — число (обычно — 15 цифр) — это уникальный номер каждого мобильного телефона. Устанавливается на заводе при изготовлении и служит для точной и полной идентификации устройства в GSM-сети. IMEI, в основном, используется для отлова хулиганов или обеспечения неработоспособности похищенных терминалов, а также для подтверждения права использования радиопередающего оборудования. В большинстве мобильных телефонов, IMEI можно увидеть набрав на клавиатуре звёздочка решотка 06 решотка в режиме ожидания. Также этот же номер написан на наклейке под аккумулятором телефона, и должен присутствовать на упаковочной коробке телефона. Совпадение всех трёх вхождений должно быть 100%-ным. Несовпадение IMEI может быть в нескольких случаях: если телефону меняли корпус (полностью, например, при невосстановимых повреждениях), если его криво "перешивали", если Вы приобрели левый телефон, или продавец перепутал коробки на складе (что бывает крайне редко).If IMEI number is not the same as the number shown on the back of your phone, it may well indicate that the phone has been stolen. — Если IMEI не совпадает с номером IMEI, указанным под крышкой аккумуляторного отсека, то это может служить достаточным основанием для того, чтобы считать телефон ворованным.
